This full day summit will be split into two separate sessions:
The GES morning session will be held from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm ET at the Hilton Midtown Hotel.

The GES afternoon session will be held from 3:00 pm - 5:45 pm ET at the General Assembly Hall located within United Nations Headquarters. Attendees will be able to queue in line for security at the visitor’s entrance/gate located at the corner of 46th Avenue and 1st Avenue.
Please note that attendees must go through security at the UN before entering the building. We encourage attendees to arrive in the queue no later than 2:30 pm ET.

Do I need to be a UNA-USA member to attend and participate?
You do not need to already be a UNA-USA member to attend or participate.Â
Can I purchase a half day ticket?
Only full-day Summit tickets are sold for security and logistical purposes.
I can no longer attend the event. Can I request a refund?
Given the nature of the event, refunds are not possible for GES 2026.
What should I wear to the event?
The dress code is business casual (i.e. no jeans, shorts, or sneakers).
Can I purchase multiple registrations with one email address?
Yes, it is possible to register multiple registrations with one email address, butÂ
they will need to be purchased using the attendee’s official name as listed in their government-issued identification document.
Is there a pre-assigned hotel room block and/or specific GES2026 accommodation?
No. Given the quick turnaround of planning and implementation for GES2026, UNA-USA had to forego providing prior hotel block arrangements. Though should you need to find reasonable and cost-effective accommodations near UN Headquarters, consider Pod39 and Pod51 as viable options.
Are minors (under the age of 18) able to attend?
Yes. All minors must be accompanied by a guardian, and corresponding guardians must also register for GES2026 as such.
Is there a dress code?
Yes. Please be sure to wear business casual attire. This means no jeans and/or gym wear.Â
